1. Returns Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

In their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging intact.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

3. How to Start a Return

If you’d like to start a return, please email us at hello@fuskee.com. Once your return request is approved, we’ll send a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can help resolve the issue promptly.

5. Exchanges

For the fastest exchange process, please return your original item and place a new order for the desired item after your return is accepted.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. Keep in mind, your bank or credit card may take some time to process the refund.
